Join our Boot Camp Group in the New Green Smoothie Challenge to jumpstart your Good Health and Wellness!!!

1. Create your own green smoothie recipe and share with group by emailing to dorsruns@gmail.com  Your recipe can only contain healthy ingredients.
 
2. All recipes will be listed on this page for all to use.
 
3. You have to drink one green smoothie per day for 10 days in  a row.
 
4. Share your sucess with the challenge both physically and psychologically with the group.
 
5. Vote on your favorite smoothie
